There are days when the world is so topsy-turvy that many of us wonder how we will keep our balance reading the news and helping our families cope with everyday life challenges. How do we maintain a spiritual viewpoint amid all these thoughts and experiences?
I found a wonderful ancient mantra and sacred sound called HU that I chant for about 20 minutes each day. There are times I want to bring peace back into my being. It was a gift to find and begin singing HU – a love song to God.
HU can help us expand our awareness, heal a broken heart, experience divine love, and bring peace and calm. I have experienced these at various times by singing HU with an open heart.
